El Plan de formación para la capacitación en negociación colectiva organizado por AECIM, tiene como objetivo ampliar los conocimientos en la materia por parte de los diferentes agentes que intervienen en la misma: Responsables o Directores de RRHH, de Relaciones laborales, Gerentes, asesores y personal que presta apoyo en dicha negociación, con el fin de desarrollar acuerdos de empresa con la representación de los trabajadores en las mismas.
El curso se realizará vía e-learning, adaptándose a los horarios de cada alumno y está financiado por la Comunidad de Madrid sin coste alguno para los participantes.

Requisitos técnicos del equipo informático del alumno
